Industry programme
A paid training programme for engineers and final year students who can already write code but have never worked on an airframe that has to fly.
Read this first
We are saying that at the top rather than in a footnote, because plenty of programmes are vague about it. You pay a fee, you get eight weeks of structured work on real aerospace problems, mentor review of what you produce, and a certificate. You do not get a salary, an employment contract or a guaranteed interview. What you get is the portfolio piece and the vocabulary that our open roles ask for, and if a role is open when you finish, you will know about it before it is advertised.
Three tracks
Take a flight stack you have never seen, get it building, and add a failsafe behaviour with a software in the loop test that proves it fires.
You finish with: A PX4 or ArduPilot build you configured, a failsafe you wrote, and the SITL run that demonstrates it.
Close a link budget for a real mission geometry, then build the telemetry tooling that would operate it.
You finish with: A documented link budget with margins you can defend, and a working telemetry ingest script.
Run a dispersion campaign against a supplied model, then analyse a real flight log and explain what degraded before the event.
You finish with: A Monte Carlo study with a written interpretation, and a flight log analysis with a conclusion.
How it runs
The domain, the tools and the vocabulary. You get the environment working and read real artefacts from real programmes.
The track project, in weekly increments, each one reviewed by an engineer who does this for customers.
You present your result and answer questions on your assumptions. This is the part that changes how people work.
A clean repository and a short technical write up you can hand to any employer.
Fee, dates and what is included
The fee covers mentor review of every weekly increment, the project brief and supporting data, the final assessment, and a certificate issued by EDUSHARK TRAINING naming the track and the work you completed. Places are capped at twelve because review time is the constraint. If you complete the programme and we do not think the work is good enough to certify, we say so and refund half the fee rather than issue a certificate that means nothing.
